Terms of use
These terms govern your use of Fixture. Fixture is operated by Ranveer Jadhav as an independent developer. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use Fixture.
Informational football product
Fixture provides football fixtures, model probabilities, community predictions, and performance records for information and entertainment. Probabilities are not certainties, financial advice, betting advice, or a guarantee of any result. Fixture does not accept or execute bets.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access links and devices secure. Provide accurate information, use one person’s identity per account, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Predictions and permanent records
Official member calls lock at the server deadline. Pre-kickoff revisions, grades, and result corrections may be retained as an auditable record. Deleting an account does not entitle a member to make a public performance record misleading; retained prediction records are pseudonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Fixture a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and moderate that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backup, legal, security, and anonymized integrity copies.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, spam, scam, promote illegal activity, solicit paid picks, claim guaranteed outcomes, manipulate records, probe security controls, scrape at harmful volume, introduce malicious code, or use Fixture in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
Moderation and suspension
We may hold, remove, restrict, or preserve content; limit features; or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms. You may appeal a moderation decision through the support address.
Football data and intellectual property
Fixture’s software, design, custom shields, league monograms, and branding belong to Fixture or its licensors. Match facts may come from third-party data providers. Club, competition, and third-party names remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
Availability and corrections
Football feeds can be incomplete, delayed, rescheduled, or corrected. We may pause features, label times as unconfirmed, revise results, or withdraw a forecast when integrity requires it. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixture is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for betting losses, decisions made from predictions, third-party services, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and termination
You may stop using Fixture and delete your account at any time. We may change or discontinue features and may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
