Privacy policy
Fixture is operated by Ranveer Jadhav as an independent developer (“Fixture,” “we,” or “us”). This policy explains what the Fixture app and website collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you. Contact ranveer.jadhav33@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address or Apple sign-in identifier, authentication records, and account status.
- Profile information: username, optional display name, optional avatar URL, public-profile preference, and account timestamps.
- Football activity: predictions, revisions, confidence, grades, comments, reactions, reports, blocks, and moderation outcomes.
- Essential diagnostics and analytics: a random app identifier, app version, screen or feature event, fixture identifier, competition, environment, and timestamps. Analytics reject comment text, prediction reasoning, emails, usernames, and tokens.
- Support communications: the email and information you choose to send when requesting help, exercising a privacy right, or appealing a moderation action.
Information we do not request
Fixture does not request your contacts, precise location, microphone, camera, photo library, health information, or cross-app advertising identifier. Fixture does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, operate predictions and public records, calculate grades and community consensus, provide moderation and abuse prevention, respond to support, protect service integrity, diagnose failures, and comply with applicable obligations.
When information is public
If you enable a public profile, your username, display name, prediction record, and eligible match activity may be visible to others. Match comments and reactions are public to Fixture users. Your email address and Apple account identifier are not public.
Service providers
We use Apple for app distribution and optional Apple sign-in, Supabase for authentication and hosted database services, and Sportmonks for football fixture and result data. Providers receive only the information needed for their role and are expected to protect it consistently with their agreements and applicable law. Sportmonks does not receive Fixture member profiles or prediction histories through the app’s normal operation.
Retention and deletion
Account and community information is retained while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. An in-app deletion request immediately removes your public username, display name, avatar, and profile visibility, blocks further writes, and queues deletion of the authentication identity. Public prediction integrity records may be retained in pseudonymized form so published performance cannot be manipulated by deleting losing calls. Security, moderation, audit, and backup records may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary or legally required.
You may request deletion of remaining personal information by emailing us. We will also remove user-generated content associated with you unless retention is required by applicable law or needed to resolve a security, fraud, or legal issue. We aim to complete requests within 30 days and will explain any permitted delay.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without an account, make your profile private, block members, report content, sign out, and initiate account deletion in the app. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of your information. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify that the account is yours.
Security and international processing
Fixture uses access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, secure session storage, restricted administrative functions, and audit records. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country under their contractual and legal safeguards.
Children
Fixture is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as Fixture changes. The effective date above will change when an update is published. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by another reasonable method.
